Restoration Process
At 877scorejump we believe the key to Credit Restoration is a partnership between our clients and Credit Advocates. We would like to share with you the steps we take when a new client signs up to ensure a successful partnership.
When a client first enrolls, the client will receive a welcome letter within 72 hours. The welcome letter provide specifics as to what documents are needed in order to begin the restoration process and how the client may send them in to our operations department.
Within 7 days of enrollment, the newly assigned Credit Advocate will contact the client and assist them with obtaining their credit reports, if the client's credit reports have not been received in our operations department.
Identifying documentation is also required. Without identifying documentation, Credit Advocate are powerless to advocate on a client's behalf, it is vital that we receive all items, credit reports and identifying information within the first 72 hours of enrollment to support a quick and efficient process.
Items most commonly used for identification are:
1. Drivers License or government issued photo ID
2. Social Security Card
3. Current Utility Bill
There are many ways that credit reports may be obtained, the client may do so online through (click: annualcreditreport.com ) and receive it immediately, or the Credit Advocate may assist the client with retrieval.
After the client obtains the credit reports, the credit reports will need to be received into our operations department. All responses from all communications on the client's behalf will be sent to the client, not 877SCOREJUmp. A member's response to each request and forwarding documentation in a timely manner will speed the process of restoring their credit and obtaining worthiness.
Within 72 hours of being received, the Credit Advocate will contact the client and review their report with them to ensure they have an understanding of their accounts and goals.
This will help the advocate in determining the best process to take to get the best results. After this occurs, the Credit Advocate will begin advocating on the client's behalf. The client will generally have results within 30-45 days after the advocacy action.
Once responses are received, it is imperative that the client immediately forwards the responses to our operations department so that the advocate may review them to continue advocating as necessary.

For members who have either
completed our Credit Restoration
program or who do not have a need
for credit restoration services, the
Credit Worthiness Program may be
